I was recommended to Marcelo by a family member.I recently had an issue with my AC compressor. The problem was verified on site and he had my vehicle up and running quickly. Overall a great guy, very professional and honest. I highly recommend this shop for your auto repairs.

I cannot express how completely satisfied and pleased I am with the service I received at Expresstech Auto Repair. The check engine light was on and the car (2004 Toyota Avalon) was driving 'funny, not normal'. I spoke with Marcelo first thing Monday morning. He suggested I wait till 1pm before coming in. The tester showed 9 codes, but all were related. A rack wasn't available and I brought the car back Tuesday morning. The underlying problem was fixed and I was able to pick up the car that afternoon. Service was excellent, the car runs better than ever, and the final bill was very reasonable. I am impressed and without hesitation would highly recommend Expresstech Auto Repair for all car care needs.

My friend recommended I come here. Told me they wouldn't steer me wrong and he was right. I cannot say enough about this place. They are honest and operate with integrity. They will not let you get repair that is not necessary and do not try to milk your bill. I appreciate that especially as a female. I went in there with a broken AC and fully prepared to pay out the you know what to have it fixed. Marcelo and his team looked at my AC and discovered the dealership hadn't plugged the compressor in good when they replaced my engine so it just needed to be plugged in. They could have easily said I had a broken compressor and charged me anyway. Multiple people in the lobby said that's why they come here, because of that very reason. No wonder the parking lot was full. Very happy new customer

I left sobbing in gratitude. As a queer person living part time in California who is only here in Florida for my kids, has gone thru a divorce, death of a parent, and a ton of other life stressors in the past few years, it means a LOT to me to find a mechanic here in Palm Bay that I can trust. This is the second time I have had my car in to Expresstech. The first time I literally paid a tenth of what it would have cost me elsewhere ($200 instead of $2k) and this time it was easily a third ($640 instead of $2k). Marcelo is honest, reliable, sweet, quick and affordable and his techs are intelligent and respectful (none of which is a given around here, unfortunately). Before I found ExpressTech I was driving 40 minutes to take my car to a place down south of Sebastian near where I used to live. Even tho they were also fair, they would have NEVER installed a part I bought off amazon let alone helped me find that affordable part like Marcelo did the first time so came to him to replace an oddly expensive part on my Mazda. When I had originally called him about fixing my AC at the beginning of the summer, he was gonna get me in to look at it in a matter of DAYS, where everyplace else was WEEKS if they ‘d even do it all. I ended up waiting til I got back from my summer away to get it fixed and this time he literally got me in the next DAY. You won’t find a more reliable, affordable, honest, safe and caring repair shop around here (or anywhere?). When Marcelo calls you “my dear” or “my love” it’s not a shtick, it’s not disingenuous, and it’s not condescending. It’s ‘cuz he puts his heart and soul into his work and his clients. As an entrepreneur who likes the start up phase of things and gets bored with repetition, I can’t imagine going to work in the same repair shop day after day, week after week, month after month. Called in and spoke to Marcello about my car trouble. He told me to come in to see what he could do. He immediately helped me upon arrival and was attentive. I was in and out in less then 30 min. Would definitely come back and would recommend. Thank you Marcello
